What Filmmakers Are Saying

Brilliantly organised, thoughtfully curated and excellent selection of short films. Will be submitting films again and again!.”

Cat White

Filmmaker, ‘Fifty Four Days’

I absolutely love this festival and have enormous thanks and gratitude to Jennifer and the team at Women of the Lens for continually to support and give a platform for these films to be seen to a proper audience.

Damian Paul Daniel

Producer, ‘When I Was A Younger’

You can feel the work that goes into every single piece of communication. I loved the festival poster and artwork. In a year difficult for any film festival to do their usual, WOTL has thought of many new ways to help and promote its female filmmakers.

Shona Charlton

Filmmaker, ‘The Sacrifice’
